Privacy policy
This policy explains how Flow Group AB (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use Yarn Glide, its FlowGames online services, or contact us. Flow Group AB, Sweden, is the data controller.

Data used by the game
- Player and installation identifiers. We create an installation identifier and player ID, and use authentication credentials and sessions to recognise your game installation and protect your save. If you use an available account-linking feature, we process the provider or partner identifier needed to link it.
- Profile and progress. Your chosen display name, built-in avatar, device country/region setting, saved game, levels, in-game balances and rewards support progress synchronisation and rankings. Your display name, avatar, level, rank and country can be shown to other players on leaderboards. You do not need to use your real name.
- Gameplay and usage. We receive events such as sessions, level starts, wins, failures, actions, durations, booster use and reward claims. We use these to operate and improve the game, understand gameplay and verify progress.
- Purchases. Product IDs, transaction identifiers, purchase receipts or signed transaction data, price, currency, purchase status and reward-delivery records are processed to validate purchases, deliver items, restore eligible entitlements and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims. Apple processes your payment; we do not receive your payment-card number.
- Security and technical information. Online requests expose an IP address to our service providers. Installation/session records, app-integrity attestations, gameplay evidence, timestamps and risk signals help secure the service and investigate abuse. Our advertising SDK also processes device information, crash reports and performance diagnostics.
- Support. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
Advertising and tracking
Yarn Glide uses Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-based approximate location, ad views and interactions, app interactions, crash information and performance data for advertising, measurement and analytics. We also record ad impressions, rewarded-ad outcomes and ad revenue to operate rewards and understand the game’s performance.
On iOS, you can allow or refuse the system tracking request and change your choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Refusing tracking does not prevent all advertising or all data processing needed for app functionality, security or contextual ads. Optional reward programmes
If you choose to link your game to a partner reward programme, such as Sveapanelen when offered, we process the link between your player and partner account. We share relevant progress, milestone qualification, reward records and fraud-verification outcomes with that programme so it can administer rewards. Its own privacy policy applies to its account and payouts. Ordinary gameplay does not require joining a partner programme.
Why we use data and who receives it
We use data to provide the game and online features, fulfil purchases, answer support requests, measure and improve performance, provide advertising and protect users and the service. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of our agreement with you for requested services, legitimate interests for service improvement and fraud prevention, consent where required for advertising or tracking, and legal obligations where applicable.
Data is processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers, Google for advertising, Apple for purchases and integrity checks, and an account or reward provider when you choose to link one. We may also disclose necessary information to comply with law, protect legal rights or complete a business transfer with appropriate protections. Some providers process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers must use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Retention and security
We retain player profiles and saves while needed to provide your game and recovery features. Retention of usage, support, purchase and security records depends on their purpose, ongoing disputes, fraud investigations and applicable legal record-keeping duties. You can request deletion; data that must be retained for a lawful reason may be kept for that purpose. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete server-side records or necessarily remove credentials stored by your device.
We use measures such as HTTPS, access controls and protected authentication credentials. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can play the core puzzles offline; online features, ads and purchases need a connection. You can choose a display name that does not identify you and avoid optional account or reward-programme linking.
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, restriction of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to hello@pollflow.io with “Yarn Glide privacy request” and enough information to identify your game profile. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your data. You can complain to your local supervisory authority, including Sweden’s Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Children and updates
Yarn Glide is a general-audience game and is not designed specifically for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data without the permission required by local law, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
We may update this policy as the game or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
